There will be an onsite assessment initially with some behavioral questions. There will be time limit for the online assessment tests. If you pass the test then the person will be called for the interview.The Interview Process is great. The Manager asked What I know about the company and my skillset. She is very particular about the Excel. The Manager asked about the past projects and how often we use excel and power BI. The process is not quite along.
