After initial application there was a video screening that seemed to be the first "interview". Question prompts were answered by recorded videos. I had three additional interviews after the screening, two interviewers in each. That process took 1-2 months. Then I lost contact with my HR connection (several unanswered emails) and had to message one of my interviewers on LinkedIn to find out I did not get the job. Weird end to an overall positive experience.
