3 stages of interviews, 1 with the hiring manager (HR), then the coordinator of the team, then the team lead.
The questions were pretty straightforward: what were some challenges in your previous job and how you overcame them etc. seems like they would take on anyone. also they like to ask if you know what the company does and what challanges it provides
