They did a great job asking questions that would directly affect my responsibilities. The interviewer was very open and honest about the expectations of the job, and was very personable during the interview process. There was a phone interview, one-on-one with the direct manager I would be working with, and then a few days to review my qualifications.

Interview was fairly simple and straight forward. Phone screening and then teams video interview. The whole interview process just felt like a conversation, it didn’t feel super intense, with the exception of a few personality questions of what you would do in certain situations in regards to leadership, trust, dealing with difficult customers etc!
