An interview for a job at any brokerage should be equally split between you being interviewed and you playing the role of the interviewer. During the interview we went over what CJR can offer me. After that it was basically am I a good fit for CJR.

Entretien
2 face to face interviews; the hiring process was done by email. First interview was with Curtis and he gave me a DVD to review; then get back to him if I wanted to proceed. Second was with a manager and it was more like a job interview. After reviewing the DVD I knew I wanted to work here and was sweating the second interview.
