I interviewed with the hiring manager, first made self-introductions, then asked about my hobbies, and then asked a few questions about dealing with customers. After that, I asked a few questions, such as what was it like to work here, how is the shift being arranged, etc. In the end, we talked about the salary and which section of the store I could work on.

I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
