It was 5 years ago, 2 stage process - first met the Head of HR, then another Head of HR plus the Retail Performance Director I would partner with and included a business presentation based on a prescribed scenario

Entretien
Single interview face to face. Much of the interview was spent explaining about what was happening within the company and the team. This was very informative and interesting. A relaxed style and plenty of opportunity to talk through my experience. Received no feedback or contact following the interview, not even an email which I would have expected from such a large company.
