Great experience interacting with talent scouts. Seems like they evaluated more on personality, communication skills than technical skills. Had 2 rounds of interviews in total. The first round was behavior-based on campus, and 2nd round was a call with functional talent scouts.
Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students
