J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cummins (Lexington, KY) en sept. 2015
Entretien
I secured an interview by going to an engineering career and internship fair held by my university. When I spoke to the Cummins representative there, I mentioned that I live in the same town as the company headquarters and I provided a resume. I was also upfront with the fact that I was a freshman and I understood that most internships require more years of school. The representative who I spoke too offered me an interview for the next day on campus. The interview was one-on-one, and the representative I spoke to was conducting the interview. He described the interview as a behavior-based interview, but it seemed like the representative was omitting several of his planned questions. Overall, the interview was friendly, non-threatening, and focused on me describing situations where I demonstrated various problem-solving techniques or leadership roles.
