I met with the GM and another member of the team. Both parties were very nice. It was more than a 1:1 interview but not as much as a Panel because it was only 2 interviewers and me. They seemed very interested in my experience along with my personality. I felt they care about the moral and wanted it to be a happy workplace. They had good benefits. It was a small office but corporate. Therefore, it had a quaint amount of employees but the options of promotion within along with creating new positions and potentially transferred to another branch. The position demanded a lot of duties along with wearing many hats. It includes multi-task and experience in all positions with the branch.
