At the second interview, I was shown a powerpoint presentation of the different levels in the business, including what it would take to move through the ranks. Not only did the ranks have estimates of 1-3 months for promotion, it specifically notes the amount of recruits it takes to get certain raises. This is a multi-level marketing corporation.
