Entretien
The company has its act together when it comes to recruiting--both HR/recruiting and the communications group. They are nice, welcoming and make it a very nice experience. They seem to have a nice culture.

They ask behavioral questions--examples of your past work that demonstrate your ability to do the job and what your approach is to tackling problems. They also give challenges--both remote and onsite.
