I met the Crown Castle team in a job fair. During the job fair they asked me about my background and my resume in general. Later that day they contacted me to schedule an interview for the next day.

Fairly straightforward process. Applied through campus job management system and was invited to interview a few weeks later. First round interview was held on campus with District Manager consisting mostly of questions about leadership experience, relevant skills, and interests. Second round was with a member of my assigned team also on personal interests/skills.
