Inconsiderate and unprofessional. The recruiter actually did not show up/call for our first scheduled interview. When I emailed to ask if he needed more time he apologized and asked to reschedule to “tomorrow” but despite several back and forth emails did not actually nail down a time. I emailed the next day and he apologized and said he could not speak that day either - we needed to reschedule yet again to the next day! When I followed up (again!) to see if he would actually nail down a time he told me they put the hiring for the role on pause. I’m the kind of person who feels bad leaving negative reviews but it shouldn’t be normal to “ghost” candidates. Going forward I hope this company will respect the time of candidates who have taken time out of their lives to apply there.

The discussion was relaxed and professional. The discussion covered prior experience, technical knowledge in relation to the position and expectations for the job applied. The information exchanged were relevant to the discussion and every participant understood the topics involved.
