Chatted on the phone with a recruiter, set up a first round call over Microsoft Teams with two people, 30 minutes each. Recruiter failed to include me on the email invite until I asked him about a link or confirmation email. First person showed up and interviewed me, second person never showed, disconnected after waiting in silence for 15 minutes. Recruiter told me they were interested in bringing me in for a final round of interviews in office. Once again never got the email invite and recruiter admitted they were "0-2 on calendar invites". The final round interview was about 2 hours, 4 people total, 30 minutes each. Unfortunately no one asked a single question about the automation software they use, Last interviewer tried to find the recruiter to walk me out but couldn't so walked me out himself. Final round interview was on a Thursday, was told on Tuesday that they would get back to me. Reached out three days later with no response. Disappointed to never hear a response from them.
