Entretien
a panel of three senior managers (one of whom used to do the role). Panel style questions and an assessment. there were around 10 questions, positive prompts and support, i then heard back straight after offering me the role. I was contacted by phone to book the interview and was kept in the loop throughout dbs checks and so on.

Entretien
An informal discussion followed by two interviews. One with HR manager and director.
The second interview was with the CEO and HR manager. The 1st interview had approximately 10 - 15 questions. The second interview was more of a discussion and an opportunity for the CEO to meet me.

I found the interview a bit strange. The questions asked were more what I expected for a Registered Manager or home manager.
Questions on managing staff, medication discrepancies.
