Phone call and then an in person meeting. The interview process was overall very straightforward and the interviewer was somewhat casual. I think it helped that I showed enthusiasm for the products and spoke about my prior retail experience. They were concerned about my desire to be a competitive sales person, so I worked to show that would not be an issue.

I had two in-person interviews. The first with an assistant manager and the next with the store manager. I felt very comfortable and was asked the usual questions. The process lasted around 2 weeks.
