I received an email asking me select a time to call in. I selected a Saturday I did a short over the phone interview. I was asked about my background in customer service and my education. Then I was told I'd made it to the next step and was asked to come in to the office for an interview. After the second interview, I was hired on the spot.

What would you do if a customer called saying that one of the items that was ordered online was delivered and it was broken?

Entretien
I waited for about 15 minutes to interview with a lobby filled people. The interviewer didn't ask about my skills. Only told me about the company. They needed people badly. Got hired immediately.
It was great, the interviewer made me feel relaxed and made small talk before starting. Once we got started, it felt like I was speaking with a friend versus an applying for a job. I know then that Crate&Barell offered the atmosphere that I was looking for.

Entretien
I was sent a email invite for a video meeting without any notes, or message from the recruiter. I accept and waited at the time of the meeting and the lady never logged in. I sent her a message and she responded that she had to reschedule, we did and she did the same thing again. Left me waiting without any explanation whatsoever. The most unprofessional internal recruiter I have ever encountered.
