Turned in application and got a call maybe 3 days later for initial interview. The hiring manager was very nice, though kept having to duck out because they were busy. He then set up a second interview with a senior management member a few days out. That interview was pretty much the same, except the manager went our of her way to make very clear to me that the job was messy and not at all glamorous. She then scheduled me for an observation, and then afterword told me to think about it for a day and call her with my decision.

They sent me an email confirming a time and day, then told me to come back later because it was "too busy". Came back and waited almost an hour for a 5 minute interview along with another guy for the same position. The manager interviewed me and said the hiring manager wasn't in today. Pretty disorganized.
