Very important to note about the project that the CEO said almost verbatim, "This project is so much better than what we currently have in place, we could implement this policy today.". A few days later I received the call to inform me I didn't get the position for reasons that made me question why they ever met me. It's clear what CozyKin is doing here. They are leveraging outside skills to complete projects for them and post fake positions to do so. I would never suggest anyone even meet with CozyKin after my experience, they legitimately stole my work and are clearly implementing it.
