Thanks for your feedback. We apologize the phone interview fell short of expectations. Our goal is to ensure every candidate has a positive experience with us, regardless of the outcome of the interview. Needs arise quickly for us, so we are constantly planning ahead to make sure we are prepared. For that reason, we are always looking to speak with exceptional candidates and we aim to be as transparent as possible. Based on your feedback, we’re going to revisit our process and mention this to candidates prior to the initial phone interview.
