On the 15th of September I applied online for a factorie Christmas Casual. On the 25th of October I got an email saying they would like to meet me for an interview at the shop I applied for and to book one online for that next week. I arrived at the shop where I informed an employee that I was there for a Christmas casual interview. She then directed me to the food court where I had a 1:1 interview with the regional manager. She asked me general interview questions (see below), told me the history of the business and asked if I had any questions. Overall it was a good experience and the interview took about 10 minutes. The next day I got an email saying I was unsuccessful.
