Great interview process, the recruiter was very friendly and easy to talk to. They followed up with questions quickly and guided process efficiently. I had two interviews and was invited to fly to tour the facility. I turned down the visit because u had accepted a job at a different comapny.

Submitted resume, got invited to interview and interviewed online with recruiter. Had second interview and was invited to fly out to tour the location for a third interview. Rejected this third step due to accepting a second job offer. They had essentially offered the job based on whether I liked the facilities after the tour.

Can you speak Spanish? Would you be able to work with operators that are not literate in English? Many workers at this location cannot read/write in English, so approaching this question with compassion was an important step in receiving an job offer.
