Entretien
I had applied for the iOS Engineering role after a friend reached out about the company. After my initial call with the Head of Talent, I had a conversation with the VP of Engineering. From there, I had a virtual onsite which consisted of a mix of data structures and algorithm, design, product, and behavioral questions with different people within the product and engineering teams.
What I enjoyed most about the process was how engaging the design and product portions of the interview were. It felt less like an interview and more like a genuine discussion with people passionate about creating a good product that solves a problem.

Entretien
HR reached out to me on LinkedIn. We setup the initial call and went through some of the basic information about the company and also demoed their product which is really cool.
The second round is meeting with the Direct of Engineering which was also a very good experience. We chatted about my background the position and also some company vision and background. This round gave me enough understanding of the organization and the plan for the company.
The next round I got invited to the virtual onsite where I met with the team I will be working with including the data scientist, lead engineers, Head of Product (also one of the founders) and again with the Director of Engineering for behavioral questions.
I got the offer but because of some personal reasons I rejected. But I think the overall interview process is really good and I enjoyed a lot speaking to different people about the company and they are all very welcoming to share their experience and their vision which made me feel very positive about the future of the company and also the culture of the orgnization.
