Straightforward, pretty easy, wasn't required to know everything that was asked. People were friendly and open to questions. Had a take home project afterwards that was also nothing too complicated.

Worked through a recruiting agency interview first, then met with the internal development team and managerial staff. Found process to be lengthy but through and it provided a two way street into what the day to day job requirements would actually be. After the interview process, the hiring process was relatively quick. There was not much wiggle room for compensation - understandable given the company size and location.
