The interview process starts with a telephonic conversation with recruiter to understand background of your profile. Once the initial profile screening is complete , your technical , business process , leadership and technical skills are accessed through telephonic interviews. Finally you will be asked to travel to head office for a final panel interview and a business case presentation.

Process is as follows: 1. Recruiter screening/interview - 30 min 2. Manager interview - 45 min 3. Technical Interview - 1 hr 4. Director Interview - 30 min Questions were related to my experiences in past jobs.
