The interview process included two rounds. The first was a phone screening focused on background, experience, and alignment with the role. The second was a 4-hour onsite interview that involved three directors and chiefs from different departments.
The onsite portion was divided into three sections:
Operate with Effectiveness & Performance Task Debrief – discussion of a take-home task related to graphic design or data analytics, focused on process and results.
Collaborate and Co-Lead – behavioral and situational questions assessing teamwork and leadership style.
Deliver Exceptional Results – conversation about past projects, measurable impact, and problem-solving approach.
There was also a short break between the sessions.
Overall, the process was structured, conversational, and focused on both technical ability and collaboration skills.
