Entretien
First had a phone interview, and then came into the office to meet with the Director and Account Managers. Everyone was super nice, and helpful. The HR contact was great at continuing communication throughout the process. She was extremely upfront when negotiating and discussing the pros and cons of the position.

Asked about the knowledge of digital specs, etc. Asked about how you would conceptualize a plan for a specific client.
The HR rep was on top of his game, constantly knew where I was in the process! I had 4 rounds of interviews most of which were conversational as well as a test to take on day to day tasks that would be in the role
