Entretien
First phone interview process i was asked basic questions like work history, kowledge of whats expected from conduent.
Second phone interview i was asked questions like show empathy with an upset customer, the type of office space i would be working from, which went rather smoothly.
Third and final webcam interview was more questions about handling a tough situation, working with little supervision. General knowledge of computer programs.
needless to say although i felt confident and answered all the questions to the best of my ability, i did not make the cut. Leslie the hiring manager did not move me through the hiring process. Feedback as to why would have been nice but oh well i suppose.

Entretien
When you join the interview you'll be asked to do a speed test with Google Fiber. You'll email the results to the recruiter. For the results you need to have at least 10 download and 3 upload. Then an overview of the company and position will be given. Next, I was asked four interview questions. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer, tell me about a time you gave exceptional customer service, tell me about a time you went above and beyond, and finally, tell me about a time you had to take on something new and how did it turn out(can be unrelated to work). Afterwards, you'll be asked to show your work location. Working from your bedroom is fine. Just make sure the computer isn't set up where someone can look through the window and see what you're doing. I was offered the position on the spot. I interviewed 7/3 with Will F. He was very informative and easy going.

Entretien
It was a work from home virtual interview THAT wasn't hard at all. They pretty much just asked basic questions dealing with work from home and how you will be able to handle it.
