First phone interview process i was asked basic questions like work history, kowledge of whats expected from conduent. Second phone interview i was asked questions like show empathy with an upset customer, the type of office space i would be working from, which went rather smoothly. Third and final webcam interview was more questions about handling a tough situation, working with little supervision. General knowledge of computer programs. needless to say although i felt confident and answered all the questions to the best of my ability, i did not make the cut. Leslie the hiring manager did not move me through the hiring process. Feedback as to why would have been nice but oh well i suppose.
