Applied online, got a mail request for interview,first data had a written test,got a mail for F2F interview the same day. had two rounds, one technical and one with manager. The tech lead and the manager hadn't seen my resume before, they were going through the resume during the interview. So that was not very pleasing. Process is pretty quick and they are prompt in their replies. Everybody was very courteous.

The interview was not organized well. First round was paper test. Even the HR who contacted me said it was a in-person interview. The hiring manage had not seen my resume until I got there. Test questions: 1. write a stack implementation with Java, required to use Array instead of ArrayList. 2. write a abstract tree with an "add" method which return the sum up value of the current node and the whole sub tree under it. write a implementation with Integer 3. write a SQL stored procedure, a query and some performance improvement tips. The second day, I was informed to take the second round interview in next week. No introduction, I was token into 4 different offices and 4 different managers interviewed me in turn. No one introduced himself before the conversation started, except the last guy. I was just lost there.
