Entretien
This interview was a complete waste of 3 minutes. The woman who interviewed me was flat and rushed. She literally asked three questions she could have asked in a email. She did not ask any interview questions or even go over background. She over all really sucked and if she is the HR director it speaks volumes for this small company.

Entretien
I was emailed to interview with HR and did so over the phone. The conversation lasted less than five minutes and she wanted me to have a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The Zoom was scheduled for the same day and lasted less than ten minutes. Very basic questions. What alarmed me was when the interviewer said she read my resume but didn't see where I had medical billing experience... Quite literally the most recent job listed on my resume was "Medical Billing Manager" so that was awkward having to correct her. The whole thing felt so rushed and curt and unprofessional. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard a peep. At this point if I was contacted and offered a position, I would decline despite still needing a job. The pay isn't worth the uncertainty, subpar benefits, and lack of communication.
