Met with several key folks. Consisted of an initial phone screening then face to face interviews. They provided background of the company along expectation of the role. I Needed to provide reference and background check.

Great. Very laid back. Very friendly environment. Interviewer was a no BS individual and very easy to talk to. The new office was very nice. You do have to fill out an application as soon as you arrive.

Entretien
The interview was overall informal. I meet the direct supervisor for a sit-down. I believe he was please, and I had an immediate follow-up with an executive. I did know someone already within the organizations, so this helped.
