Interview was tough, written job description did not match actual job tasks. I prepared to discuss the job description and how experienced matched up to listed role. Manager acknowledged position was posted with a generic description given by corporate that could not be altered actual role.

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Comcast (Oak Brook, IL) en juin 2011

I received an email from a third party recruiter who had found my resume on Monster. That same day, I responded to his email and he called me for a brief, 20-minute phone interview. He told me the hiring managers at Comcast wouldn't be deciding who to interview for a week. A little less than a week later, I got a call from Comcast's HR department asking to schedule an interview with the hiring manager in two days' time. The interview with the HM was remarkably easy, after half an hour or so she said she was going to check if her boss was available to meet with me. I spoke to him one-on-one for 10-15 minutes, and at the end he indicated that they were very impressed and would be in touch soon. Later that day, I received a call from a Comcast recruiter asking me to apply for the position online so they could prepare an offer package. I received a written offer letter exactly one week later and accepted the next day.

Question 1
Just your typical interview fare. The only questions I had to think about a little were "What would you expect from me, as your manager?" and "How do you like to be coached?"
