I filled out the application online, had a brief phone interview, than was called in for a in person interview. The interview was relaxed not difficult. The did a thorough background check and my work history, drug screen and crimimal history check. They background check was the longer part. If they could not reach employers they kept calling me back. They people were great. The company culture is causual and very sales oriented.
