Was not impressed with the interviewer's interviewing skills nor was the offer pursuant of a person with 22 years experience. It was clear they truly did not want some one of my experience level for the position.

Technical round (understanding of tech, usage of AI ) , scenario based questions around people management . you'll also be checked for your experience in end to end delivery . Also had one cultural round where they check if you fit culturally

Recruiter finds me on LinkedIn. Set up call for Monday. 20 minute call over last three positions, expertise in RF, HW, FW, SW...the works.
Position is $150-155k, 10% bonus, reports to Executive Director
The recruiter submits my resume. Wait a week....she says she will most def get back to me by the end of the end week. I contact her, no response.
Ghosted.
Malfeasance.
Age discrimination.
