UNPROFESSIONAL, I had scheduled an interview for the role, did the prep/due diligence of preparing for the interview, and two days prior they cancelled it. This is an organization that has multiple stage interview process, so it doesn’t make sense to offer/schedule a first round interview and CANCEL 5 DAYS LATER! If there are already candidates with offers for the position (or that close), then why would they still be accepting applicants. What disappointing process for a company that is rated so high.
