Phone interview. Professional, brief and straight to the point. There were 2 people on the line -- one of them leading with most questions. Good experience. Started off with them explaining what their department was about, what they do and how they fit in with the entire organization. Phone interviewer went through my resume highlighting key points that stood out and asked about my skills and experience. Concluded in less than 20 minutes.
