After reading the reviews here, I'm not sure anyone gets hired at Collage.com. I have nearly 10 years of experience, design for a Fortune 50 company on pages that a million hits per week with high conversion rates. And Collage's response (direct quote), "We regret to inform you that your current qualifications do not match those needed," without a single interview.
