I send my resumes, portfolio, and professional writing samples via email to Code Unlimited. I then got an initial phone interview around 2 weeks later. After the phone interview, the HR contacted me through email and scheduled an on-site interview at their Seattle office.

Basic interview questions: introduce yourself, your advantages and disadvantages, do you have experience related to codes. After the interview process, there was a test related to building codes and fire codes.
