Applied online with cover letter, received an email from recruiter to arrange a phone screening.
Phone screening asked general questions about whether or not I had scripting and/or programming knowledge, whether a $65,000 - $75,000 pay range was acceptable, and an overview of relevant work history. They let me know I should expect a follow up email to arrange a technical screening. She let me know that there would be one additional group interview which would also be by phone if I advanced past the technical screening.
Technical screening was a week later and was a phone interview. It starts with basic/general questions and escalates to more specific and challenging questions. Ultimately ends with a scenario question.
I did not advance past the technical screening.
