3. Thirty minute onsite panel interview with all three Sales Development Managers
**Was invited to stay and shadow for 30 minutes after the onsite interview

Entire process took just under two weeks. Everyone was professional and asked straightforward questions about work history, interest in Cloudera, and knowledge of Cloudera's solutions. The recruiters and management team are direct as well as open. They made it a point to make it conversational. They're looking for Sales DNA, culture fit, and specific interest in Cloudera.

The company was very welcoming, the HR colleague showed me the way to a meeting room and offered beverages. After a few minutes, the manager of the team where I applied for a position came and we had an hour long interview, where we talked through my career and about the company as well. The conversation was opened and it was very responsive to my questions also.

Everyone was professional, asked questions about my work history, knowledge and interest in Cloudera. The recruiter and manager are fantastic. They were skilled and absolutely experts.
I am waiting for the next stage.

Honestly was the smoothest interview process I've gone through. Really liked this company!
