Extremely exploitative interview process.
For a company that is experience strong growth it is an extreme shame that their interview process is heavily flawed. After two rounds of interviews the interviewees spent 0 time trying to sell the company or giving an overview of the company no exaggeration. (projects I'll be working on, company culture, growth, product)
Throughout my interview I was interrupted multiple times with a different question to answer, before I even finish answering the first question asked to me, There are so many things that need to be changed with the current interview process to provide a good candidate experience. Since I was an applicant I got the feeling that they didn't need to spend any time selling the company to get me interested. This shouldn't be the assumption - just because I applied does not mean that I am not interviewing elsewhere and that there is automatically a very high level of interest.
Just based on a poor interview process alone this is not a place where I would want to work. I backed out of the process just after the second interview.

Instead of reaching out with an initial interview request they immediately ask you to complete and submit a case study. I spent over 3 hours on this, almost entirely real-world work that could easily be used by their staff (free labor farm!) before checking glassdoor reviews. It was immediately pencils down. Terrible experience, zero communication, avoid like the plague

This company believes in wasting the applicant's time. I honestly would never want to apply, work, or be a part of such a team or organization. It seems like you are simply extracting ideas from applicants through this Case assessment. The assessment was excessively lengthy, especially considering that applicants for the job are not part of the internal system. The company expects them to become involved in it. The structure of the assessment was monotonous, unnecessarily complex, and weirdly structured, with one main question followed by 3 to 4 additional questions was making it complicated .
