There was a phone meeting that was about basic finance and accounting. Afterwards there was a panel where we discussed behavioral, technical, and logical questions. We also discussed my resume. The final interview was entirely about my resume and two logical questions. I received and accepted the offer the same date as my final interview. I studied about 30 hours based off the guidelines from HR. I suggest doing about 20 if you would like to really do well. Salary is more competitive than others posted on Glassdoor. If In college I suggest being an officer in accounting society or a related group. I would also suggest amassing project and some sort of professional experience that shows you are trainable.

Pathetic Experience First Round: Technical interview at the Noida office. Feedback was shared the same day. Second Round: Another technical round with the Process Head the following day at the office. Feedback was again shared the same day. Third Round: HR interaction where I was only asked for a brief introduction, and the HR confirmed everything looked fine from their side. Despite that, I received no update. I called the HR the next day and was informed that my application was “in process” and that I would receive the confirmation by the same day or the next. After four days of silence, I was finally told that the position had been closed. After travelling twice to their office and waiting for a full week, this was the only communication provided—without any explanation. Even when I reached out to the India HR Manager, there was no response. Overall, highly unprofessional and no regard for a candidate’s time.

I had a chat with the recruiter and then two interviews with people from the team. It was generally quite relaxed. In the first interview I was asked to prepare by reading a case study and a document of terminology. Then in the interview they asked questions about it (slightly more simple/superficial than I was ready for, which was nice). I didn't have to get everything right and they did a good job of explaining anything I missed. They also asked the "typical" interview questions e.g. past experience, why I'd be good for the role, previous examples of leadership/teamwork/problem solving etc. The second interview was more of the general interview questions and was a little bit shorter, but was with a more senior team member.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

What makes a good team? What makes a good leader? Tell us a bit about yourself If you were given a budget for a team social, what would you do? What is an example of a time where something has gone wrong and how would you prevent that happening again in the future?
