J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez ClearView Healthcare Partners en oct. 2018
Entretien
40 mins of interview comprised of 20 behavioral +20 case.
behavioral
1. walk me through your resume
2. why clearview
3. what potential challenge you can think of transitioning from a science background to a consulting world
4. a specific question in my resume (what do you think are the alternative treatment for Parkinson's disease other than L-dopa--> gene therapy--> how likely do you think gene therapy will be available on the market in the near future?)
Case:
a private equity company is considering acquiring a small biotech firm, which currently develops drug X (clinical trial III) that manages post-op pain. What is your advice to the company?
The interviewer was really good at giving me feedback and hinted me when I stuck. She had to cut me off because the answer sort of entered an impasse. However, she provided suggestions on how to solve the case in the end.
J'ai passé un entretien chez ClearView Healthcare Partners (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
2 case interviews 2 behavioural interviews and a scientific discussion. Pretty long and hard process. Case interviews were better than the behavioural ones for some reason which is quite strange and rare

Entretien
Awful, disrespectful, and pretty reflective of the issues I read about on Glassdoor. From the start of the interview, my interviewer sounded like she thought she had better things to do and even outright stated "I don't even understand why you want to work here". After that interview, I definitely don't...
