Zoom interview with HR, in-person interview with hiring manager and meeting for questions to a current employee in similar role. Only did first round with hr after a very nice conversation it was apparent this would not be an ideal fit.

Describe your current role, why Clarasys, some back and forth on the flat hierarchy and employee managed.
Really nice people. Interview was 3 stages - with a case study at the end, which was quite challenging as it involved acting. Not sure that kind of fake scenario definitely shows off the best candidates, but the people were lovely and I enjoyed the interview process.

- First screening by CEO, now this is done by Head of HR, but its a great way to ensure the 'right' people join the company
- Next round was competency based questions with an overview of my previous experience and a business case study
