Very laid back. Explained dress code but most office staff not following dress code. Super casual office. Staff with bright hair colors and slippers. They tried to find out if I have kids by leading me to volunteer information. Seems like the owners are not family friendly. A woman on mat leave is expected to answer the phone and come into the office once a week. Not for me
