First they asked me to give a brief introduction about myself. Since it is a marketing position, they asked some questions about marketing strategy and my solutions. Also some questions about the company business, company profile, competitors and my knowledge about the role. They paid more attention to candidate's networking ability and liaising skill as the position itself is mainly business development or, you can say, marketing. You need to sell yourself and keep talking. That's very helpful for getting the position. You also need to be bilingual as required on the job description.

During my interview, there were two people in the interview, the Associate Director and Business Development Team Leader. Mainly, the Business Development Team Leader was asking the questions. On the other hand, the Associate Director mainly tested my Language Skills.
