There were 3 rounds. The first was an online exam for shortlisting people for the interview process. The second round was a technical interview where CS/IT based questions were asked. The third round was an HR and technical round.

The recruitment involved shortlisting based on basic coding and aptitude test followed by a technical interview and HR interview. The hiring process is simple and they look for people who are willing to learn and to take new challenges. The people who interviewed me were quite friendly.
