Two 1-on-1 interviews with different managers, both friendly and easy going. Surprisingly informal interview for company size. Group assessment was more difficult. Given a very long hand out with information on a failing company and asked to come up with ideas to improve it. There was no moderation and it felt like everyone was shouting over each other. One person asked to present out of around 15.

Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
