I was referred to Citibank by a friend that worked there at that time. My resume was submitted directly to the branch manager, and I was invited for an interview the same day. When I came in, there were 2 managers conducting the interview, after which I passed. I am not quite sure as to the details of the hiring process, but I know for a fact that I didn't go through a formal hiring process (internet application, group interviewing, etc.)

Describe some of your responsibilities from your previous employer
Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager

Are you able to work on most Saturdays? What is your availability
Very organized. They explain the process of the interviews pretty well. They also explain the position with lots of details and if you don’t have any experience they are willing to take the train and train you.
